Veneziaeventi presents the “Carnevale del Gusto” in Venice, created by Fabio Busetto in collaboration with Andrea Rizzo and Maria Botter. Each participating venue (restaurants, bàcari, hotels…) will present a dish, a cicchetto, and a cocktail inspired by the theme of the 2023 Carnival.
