Venice Carnival Official Dinner Show

Ambrosia’s Chant

Let yourself be seduced by the mystery and charm of unexpected worlds, experience the magic of Carnevale di Venezia

In the heart of a Venetian palace, amid Baroque velvets and golden reflections, your journey begins—suspended between myth, seduction, and wonder.

Ambrosia’s Chant is the Official Dinner Show of the Venice Carnival, inviting you to cross the threshold of time and space and follow in the footsteps of the gods, guardians of eternal desires. From the sacredness of Olympia to the splendor of Venice, everything intertwines in a play of valiant challenges, epic trials, and noble amusements, brought to life through dazzling shows and live performances.

In the magnificent halls of Ca’ Vendramin Calergi, overlooking the Grand Canal, the Venice Carnival becomes ritual and mystery: amid elegant temptations, playful irony, and creative duels, you defy the night while sipping ambrosia for eternal bliss—made even more intense by the rich and original menu crafted by the skilled hands of the chefs of Ristorante Wagner.

Ambrosia’s Chant is not just a dinner, but an enchantment that promises the immortality of sensations: a feast for the eyes, the palate, and the soul, where every moment becomes an unforgettable memory.

The Official Dinner Show 2026 awaits you for an unforgettable experience during the magical nights of the Venice Carnival. The dates are set for Saturday, February 7, and Sunday, February 8, and will then continue from Fat Thursday, February 12, through Fat Tuesday, February 17, the closing day of the Carnival.
