Fritole e Fritoleri 2024
“FRITOLE E FRITOLERI” Returns: Friday, February 9, 2024, at 3:00 PM at Palazzo Morosini, headquarters of the Istituto Alberghiero Barbarigo, in collaboration with Veneziaeventi, Fabio Busetto, and l’I.I.S. Marco Polo – Liceo Artistico – sez. Musicale.
This year, the students of the Barbarigo will present a “fritola” dedicated to the great traveller Marco Polo and to the Peace. The students from will play melodies to recreate the atmospheres and suggestions of the Silk Road. As every year, there will be a recipe from the gelato makers of Veneto, a Persian ice cream dedicated to Marco Polo.
Dr. Fabio Busetto, a historian of Venetian food, will coordinate the event.
The cost of the tasting, paired with a Spritz or Prosecco or Non-alcoholic drink, is €12.
