A new cooking class for the whole family is coming to M9!

This time we’re having fun making a must-have in Italian cuisine: real Neapolitan pizza.
With Girolamo De Francesco of the Fratelli La Bufala – pizza chef instructor of the Pizzaitalianacademy – we’ll learn, step by step, the secrets of the trade: from rolling out the dough to seasoning with mozzarella and tomato sauce, as per tradition, up to cooking. And then? To end the afternoon in style, we’ll taste the pizza we’ve prepared together. After all, what’s better than a family pizza on Sunday?!
The ingredients and equipment will be provided by the Fratelli La Bufala. Those who wish can participate wearing a Carnival costume.
