Venice Carnival Street Show – Tuesday February 17th 2026
A new edition of the Venice Carnival Street Show, featuring a large festival of variety art performances that enliven the squares of Venice, the center of Mestre, the Lagoon Islands, and the municipal centers. A universe suspended between gods, heroes, and feats of strength, where play means challenge, creativity, and fun.
Venice and all its streets become paths of wonder leading to an imaginary Olympus, brought to life by over three hundred and fifty heroic street artists, eighty companies, and a thousand live performance shows. Circus-theater, clowning, parades, and storytellers create an Olympiad of entertainment that will spark the audience’s imagination, delighting people of all ages.
On Saturday, January 31, and Sunday, February 1, 2026, the preview of the Diffused Carnival kicks off in Piazza San Marco and Piazza Ferretto, before the main events begin on Saturday, February 7, and Sunday, February 8, continuing through the Carnival week from Monday, February 9 to Tuesday, February 17, 2026.
